By this Petition under Section 114 r/w Order XLVII, Rule-1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C'), the petitioner has sought review of order dated 5th April, 2017 passed in the Writ Petition No. 885 of 2014. By that order, the Petition instituted by the petitioner challenging the

501-RPWST-16408-2017.odt order dated 28th March, 2012 passed by respondent No.2 Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, H-West Ward, Mumbai in Appeal No. 27 of 2011 as also the judgment and order dated 28th October, 2013 passed by respondent No.1, Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division in Revision Application No. 321 of 2012 was dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 15th February, 2018 passed in Review Petition (ST) No. 16405 of 2017 in W.P. No.879 of 2015 and companion Review Petitions, no case is made out for reviewing the order dated 5th April, 2017. Hence, Review Petition fails and the same is dismissed. Mr. Gole assures that he will serve copy of this order on Mr. S. J. Khera, Advocate for the respondent. Order accordingly.
