DATED : 24th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- The present application is filed being aggrieved by refusal of the interim protection in favour of the applicant. Perusal of the order sheet from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, City Sessions Court Mumbai would reveal that the proceedings have been adjourned so that opportunity is afforded to the prosecution to file a reply and submit the arguments. The matter is slated to be heard on 29/06/2022. It is expected that the City Sessions Court on the said date shall either make interim relief or reject the application.

The application is dismissed.
