It is stated that in this case the petitioner is not an employee appointed against a reserved post. This case is on par with co-employees, who have been granted benefits. 2.

We have found from the material placed on record that there is no reason to deny the petitioner the benefits of the Inservice Assured Progression Scheme. If a committee is not constituted that does not mean that the petitioner is at fault. 3.

Hence, we direct that the petitioner's claim be considered as expeditiously as possible and on or before 31st March, 2018. The J.V.Salunke,PA
