By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Learned counsel for the Respondent-original Claimant Nos.1 to 3 has no objection.

In view of the said statement and considering the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
