SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI Date: 2024.03.02 13:31:22 +0530 The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would now intend to withdraw the Petition as the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 stand settled in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 5th September, 2023 executed between them. A copy of the MoU is taken on record.

It is stated that, by an Order dated 24th June, 2022, the Petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.16,97,524/- in this Court as a condition for the interim relief granted, which needs to be permitted to be withdrawn by the Petitioner in view of the settlement. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 has no objection.

15 February, 2024 This order is modified as per order dated 1st March, 2024.

902-WP-7501-2022.DOC Accordingly, the office is directed to refund the said amount to the Petitioner along with accrued interest, if any. Necessary steps in that regard be taken within a period of two weeks from today. 3A Permission to delete the words "Pvt. Ltd." from the Petitioner's description in the cause title. Let amendment be carried out within three weeks from today.

Writ Petition disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
