This Civil Application is taken out for bringing the heirs of the sole petitioner on record. The petitioner expired on 1st June, 2015. The Civil Application is taken out on 24th June, 2015 that is within time. Accordingly, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause(i). The names of the heirs shall be added as respondent no.1(a) to 1(d). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of in the above said terms.
