At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to delete prayer clause (i). Leave granted. The same to be deleted forthwith. As far as prayer clause (ii) is concerned, the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish sureties as directed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 14.08.2018.
