The applicant was arrested on 14/02/2021 in crime no. 3 of 2021 registered with Shivaji Nagar police station for the offence punishable under sections 363, 363A, 366A, 370, 370A of the IPC and section 4, 8, 12 of POCSO Act.

The allegations against the applicant is only to the extent of facilitating escape of the victim from the police custody from the Court premises.

Since no allegations about offence under POCSO or sexual assault are alleged and in absence of criminal antecedents, case akn 1/2

Having regard to the fact that he is already suffered incarceration for 18 months, the applicant be released on bail in crime no. 3 of 2021 registered with Shivaji Nagar police station for the offence punishable under sections 363, 363A, 366A, 370, 370A of the IPC and section 4, 8, 12 of POCSO Act upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer in first week of every alternate month from today.

7.

The applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence in any manner.

The application stands disposed of.
