The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that out of the security guards whose names appear in Exhibit 'A' who were found eligible have already been registered and as the second Respondent is registered with the first Respondent, the said security guards who have been registered have been allotted to the second Respondent. We accept this statement as well. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent, by accepting the said statement, we disposed of the Petition.
