The learned APP on instructions informs this Court that the amount involved in the crime in question of Rs. 56 Lakhs is already paid by the applicants and as such their custodial interrogation is not warranted. The learned APP on instructions confirms the same. Applicants have already deposited an amount of Rs. 15 Lakhs in this Court. In view thereof, the Ad-interim protection ordered on

2 37.1109.18 aba.doc 25/06/2018 is confirmed. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called. Applicants shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence.

The amount paid by the applicant to the tune of Rs. 15 Lakhs, which is lying in this Court in the crime in question, be invested in Fixed Deposit for one year as the learned APP on instructions submits that applicants will be charge-sheeted in the crime in question.

Application stands disposed of.
