Heard Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner and Learned AGP for the Respondents. Admittedly, there is no ad-interim relief granted in the main Writ Petition. If the Applicant who is the Respondent in the Writ Petition has any grievance against the Writ Petitioner, it is for him to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The allegation made in the application is that the Writ Petitioner is trying to dispossess the Applicant.

By granting liberty to the Applicant to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law, the Civil Application is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
