Present petition has been field in April, 2019 in relation to incident dated 05/10/2013. The FIR for that incident was lodged on the same day and chargesheet is also now filed. In this situation, we are not willing to examine the prayer to quash and set aside the chargesheet in extra ordinary jurisdiction after six years.

We leave all the contentions open and dispose of the writ petition.
