The applicant herein is praying for transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks in order to enable her to approach the Courts in Gujarat for seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.11 of 2015 registered with DCB, Vadodara, Gujarat for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 506, 120B and 114 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that initially, the applicant had filed a report before the Powai Police Station,Mumbai on 24.4.2015 alleging therein that the applicant has been cheated. On the basis of her report, Crime No.181 of 2015 has been

Mhi 2 registered against Iqbal Mamdani for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 384, 354,343, 347, 323, 506 (II) of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that on 6.6.2015, Zaid son of Ashfaq Ahmed Pasalya lodged a report at the DCB, Vadodara alleging therein that he has been cheated by the present applicant and others. On the basis of his report, Crime No.11/2015 is registered against the applicant and others for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420, 467, 468, 506, 120B and 114 of IPC. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the complainant had also filed a similar report before the Addl. Commissioner of Police on 19.2.2015. However, it appears that the said complaint has been withdrawn.

In the abovementioned facts of the case, the applicant seeks transitory pre-arrest bail for a limited period. The applicant deserves the same. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of her arrest in Crime No.11 of 2015 registered at DCB, Wadi Crime Branch, Vadodara, Gujarat, the applicant be enlarged on

Mhi 3 bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The said interim relief shall remain in force for a period of four weeks commencing from 1st July, 2015 during which period the applicant shall take steps.

(iv) The applicant shall give her cellphone number, landline number and other details as required by the Powai Police Station, Mumbai. Application is allowed and disposed of.
