Petitioner prays for direction to register the offence. Learned APP submits that petitioner's address was not traced out for recording her statement. On instructions of the officer present in the Court the learned APP states that in case the petitioner appears before the police officer, her statement will be recorded and final decision will be taken. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner would appear before the police officer for getting her statement recorded. On recording statement, the investigating officer shall take appropriate decision promptly and intimate the same.
