Heard Ms. Shivani Samel, learned Advocate for the applicants and Mr. Rushikesh Barge, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.10 and 13 to 15. The interim application is for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.3. Ms. Shivani Samel, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 are the legal heirs and representatives of deceasedrespondent No.3 and they are already on record. Mr. Rushikesh Barge, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.10 and 13 to 15 strongly opposes the interim application. He states that there is delay in filing interim application. However, respondent Nos.4, 5 and mp 1/2

6 IA 1356-2021 6 are the legal heirs and representative of deceased-respondent No.3. and they are already on record in their individual capacity in the writ petition. Therefore, for the reasons set out in the interim application, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b), (c) and (d).

The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of with no order as to costs.
