Since the entire amount awarded with accrued interest is deposited, there will be a stay on exectuion. 2.

The Claimants will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited without security or undertaking. They may also apply for further withdrawal, if so advised. The MACT will permit withdrawal on production of an authenticated copy of this order. The remaining amount will be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.
