The present appeal is filed by the Original Complainant in Summary Criminal Case No. 4768 of 2015 decided by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 6th Court, Thane. During the pendency of the present appeal, the parties to the appeal have settled their issues amicably by drawing Terms of Settlement. The copy of the Terms of Settlement is filed in this Court. The same are taken on record and marked Article X for the purpose of identification. The Complainant is present in the Court.

Parties to the terms of settlement have agreed to abide by the undertaking as stated in the Terms of Settlement. The
