After hearing both sides, we find that the ad-interim order passed on 22nd June 2016, which is continuing till date, can continue pending the hearing and final disposal of the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Let the Securitisation Application (Lodging) No.471 of 2016, therefore, be taken up for hearing and disposed of in accordance with law. 3.

The ad-interim order passed by this Court shall operate during the pendency of the Securitisation Application, which shall continue and operate without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both sides. 1/2 WP-6953-16.doc
