Pending First Appeal, Reliance General Insurance Company Limited have deposited Rs.8,92,144/- in terms of the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.29 of 2008. Respondents/original claimants were permitted to withdraw Rs.1 Lakh by this Court vide Shivgan 1/3

th October, 2012.

order dated 11 Respondents/Original Claimants have moved this application seeking leave to withdraw balance amount of compensation.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

In view of the averments and the reasons stated in paragraphs 5,6 and 7 of the application, Claimants-applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.4 Lakhs with interest accrued thereon till st March, 2022 on personal bond to refund the amount in the event, appellants succeed.

Application is partly allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.
