ORDER:- 1.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner we are inclined to dispose of the present petition, as the basic prayer as made reflects the grievance with regard to handing over the additional charge of the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samitee by communication dated 14th June, 2016. The statement is made that as of today respondent no.1 has already taken charge. Pursuant to order dated 26th May, 2016, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the remarks so made against him, in our view can be redressed by making representation before official of department / higher officer.

Therefore, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No cost. (G.S. KULKARNI, J.) (ANOOP V. MOHTA, J.)
