Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners are working as Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Unit at JNPT which is under the Central Industrial Security Force head quarters. Considering the nature of service and the cause that the Petitioners have sought to raise i.e. transfer to their home sectors, we are of the opinion that appropriate course of action is to direct the concerned authority to consider the petition as representation of the Petitioners along with their earlier representations and take a decision at the earliest as per the policy and as per the law.

The learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that necessary decision on Petitioners' representations will be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks.
