This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 15.6.2015 passed by this Court.

By an order dated 15.6.2015, the applicant herein were granted pre-arrest bail on the condition that they shall furnish P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 2.

The applicants are praying that the applicant be granted the liberty to furnish cash bail and that within six weeks he would complete all the formalities of submitting P.R. Bonds. In view of this, clause (ii) of the order dated 15.6.2015 stands partly modified as follows :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of their arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail

Mhi 2 APPP-510-15.sxw on each furnishing cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The provisional cash bail shall remain in force for a period of six weeks within which the applicants shall complete all the formalities of furnishing P.R. Bonds.
