The Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that Applicant and first informant have settled the matter amicably and the Applicant has paid the alleged amount to the first informant. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant further submitted that Applicant and first informant have filed Criminal Application No. 5422 of 2017 in this Court for quashing of the FIR by consent. The first informant is personally present in the Court. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that first informant has given a statement that, she has received the amount alleged in the FIR and has settled the matter with the Applicant. In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 22.06.2016 is confirmed, however the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby Sneha Chavan 1/2
