C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from PSI Laxmikant Shelkar of Amboli Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No. 44 of 2015 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai the Investigating Agency has submitted 'C'- Summary Report' in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai on 4th April, 2016.

2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of said crime does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
