After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 443 of 2019, dated 11th August, 2019, registered with Daund Police Station, District Pune (Rural), now culminated into Sessions Case No.10 of 2020 and pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
