The parties are before the Court through their counsel placing on record consent terms as entered between the parties. Learned counsel for the parties state that the consent terms are dated 13 July 2020. Learned counsel for the parties further state that the parties have agreed for the disposal of the present proceedings in terms of the consent terms.

From the perusal of the consent terms, it is quite clear that there is a long history of litigation between the parties. The parties have decided to 1/3
compromise the proceedings under these consent terms wherein the respondents have agreed to receive full and final settlement amounts which stands deposited in the Small Causes Court and more particularly in the manner as set out in paragraph 11 of the consent terms. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that Mr. B.J. Rao, Chief Manager is authorized to sign the consent terms as per the Power of Attorney as granted in his favour by the Central Bank of India, as also all the respondents have put their signatures on the consent terms. The signatures of the parties to the consent terms are identified by their respective advocates. 5.
As the proceedings are moved on a copy of the consent terms as forwarded by e-mail for the purpose of today's Video conference proceedings, learned counsel for the parties state that the original consent terms would be filed in the office within one week from today, The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As and when the original consent terms is received, the same be marked accordingly. The undertaking as set out in the consent terms stands accepted. 6.
Both the Civil Revision Applications stand disposed of in terms of the consent terms and the above directions. No costs. 7.
Civil Application No. 401 of 2019 and Civil Application No. 117 of 2019 would also not survive and they stand disposed of. 8.
Parties to act on the authenticated copy of the order. 9.
The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount which stands deposited in the Small Causes Court on presentation of the authenticated copy 2/3
of this order.
