This second application for anticipatory bail is fled after the frst one is rejected on 30/03/2021 by a detailed order recording that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is very much necessary.

In the second application, the change in circumstance is pleaded by stating that as far as the other accused persons are concerned, investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is M.M.Salgaonkar

As far as the present applicant is concerned, on 30/03/2021, he was granted protection of four weeks so as to enable him to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Even, the Hon'ble Supreme Court rejected his Leave Petition. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application cannot be entertained and stands dismissed.
