The order dated 10th January 2017 clearly indicates what are the flaws in the Petition. Today's affidavit makes the matter worst for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that because of the flawed drafting, the cause should not suffer. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an exhaustive Petition.

Accordingly, we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition in accordance with law. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

All contentions on merits are kept open.
