The Appellant has filed this Interim Application No.4695/2023 for deleting the name of Respondent No.5 from the cause title.

On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the Respondent No.5 - Geeta Mahesh Kantawala expired on 07/07/2021.

The Respondent Nos.6 and 7 are the only heirs and legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.5. Therefore, the Appellant prayed to delete the name of Respondent No.5 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.4695/2023 is allowed. The Appellant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.5 from the cause title by adding the word delete (since deceased).

The Appellant shall carry out amendment within 14 days.
