The Applicant has filed this Interim Application No.4694 of 2023 to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application. The Respondent No.1 expired on 07/07/2021. The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the only legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1. As such, the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are already on record. Therefore, it is necessary to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1.
