This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad namely to Hongkong for the purpose of seminar from 11th June 2019 to 22nd June 2019.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The record indicates that, by orders dated 16th May 2017 and 30th November 2017 passed by this Court, the applicant was permitted to travel abroad for the purpose of his job /service by imposing certain conditions upon the applicant. The record further

Bhagyawant 2/2 902 APPW 282 indicates that, the applicant has complied with the said conditions imposed upon him.

In that view the applicant is permitted to travel abroad namely Hongkong from 11th June 2019 to 22nd June 2019 on same terms and conditions as were imposed on him by order dated 30th November 2018 passed by this Court (Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar J.).

The applicant to report Investigating Officer after returning from Hongkong on 24th June 2019.

With the above observations application stands disposed of.
