We have heard Mr. Kowli, learned advocate for the petitioners and also looked into the grounds for review urged in paragraph 3 of the review petition. While disposing of the writ petition, we have taken a view on the basis of our appreciation of the materials on record. If such a view is erroneous, the remedy of the petitioners lies elsewhere and not in an application for review. 3.
