This application under Section 483 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeks expeditious disposal of Case No.60/DV/2014 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 71st Court, Bandra.

I have perused the order dated 3rd February, 2021 in Writ Petition No.1507/2017 wherein this Court has directed the learned Magistrate to conclude the trial in the subject case on/or before 31st August, 2021.

Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel for the applicant submits, these directions were subject to the respondents paying maintenance regularly to the applicants.

Mr. Karmarkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, on instructions submits that, till date, the respondents have paid

3/3 Rs.16,38,000/- (Rs. Sixteen Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand) to the applicant. Mr. Saraogi, seeks time to verify. Be that as it may, in view of the order passed by this Court on 3rd February, 2021 in Writ Petition No.1507/2017, it is not necessary to pass further orders. However, the learned Magistrate shall conclude the trial in the subject case on any date before 30th November, 2021. The parties shall co-operate in the trial and not seek unnecessary adjournments. With these directions, the application is disposed off.
