The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the Civil Revision Application, reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Mr. E. K. Sasidharan submits to the orders of this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 12 days in filing the Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
