Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

The Petitioners are the employees of Respondent No. 3. The submission is, the Petitioners are entitled for certain benefits in view of the rise in their salary and applicability of revised pay band. Though, the Petitioners submitted various representations to the authority no heed was paid to these representations and they are kept pending till date. The copies of said representations are placed on record at Exhibit 'C', page 46 and 48. The representation dated 19/10/2020 is last in point of time. Umesh Malani

This being the limited grievance raised in the Petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition with following directions: 1.

Petitioners are permitted to submit fresh and comprehensive representation to Respondent No. 3 within two weeks from today.

On receipt of the representation, the Respondent No. 3 to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representations. 3.

We made it clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merit of the representation and the authority is at liberty to consider the representation on its own merit.

With the above referred directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
