The matter was called out in the morning Session and at the request made on behalf of petitioner, the matter was kept after lunch recess. When the matter is called out in the afternoon Session, none appears for the petitioner. 3.

Perused the order dated 9.2.2017. By that order, as and by way of last chance, the petition was adjourned to 29.6.2017 for the petitioner's to produce the documents as per order dated 30.11.2015. It was made clear that if the documents are not produced, Writ Petition shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution. Till date, the documents are not produced. In view thereof as also in view of the order dated 9.2.2017, the petition is dismissed in default. Order accordingly.
