Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by original respondent no.2 Insurance Company for condonation of 46 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 8.1.2014 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.441 of 2009.

The learned counsel for the respondent claimant vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Considering the submissions made by the Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of 46 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.
