Accused Nos. 5 and 8 are before this court for quashing of charge sheet under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 474 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned APP has pointed out that there are total eight accused persons and alleged compromise is not with all. 3.

Counsel appearing respectively for petitioners and original complainant state that accused Nos. 5 and 8 have returned property back to complainant and therefore, there is settlement. Other accused persons - Page-1/2

Considering the nature of charges we cannot at this stage permit the controversy to be settled partly.
