After arguing for some time, both counsel file Minutes of Order dated 06/12/2018 duly signed by both Advocates. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Same accepted. Which reads thus:

Petitioner and Respondent no. 1A to 1E agree that the order dated 06 April 2016 may be confirmed with the modification that Respondent nos. 1A to 1E will pay Rs.25000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Only) as costs of the application in Civil Miscellaneous Application no. 626 of 2013 in S.C.S no. 487 of 2012 in the Court of Civil Judge [Senior Division], Panvel.

Defendant No.1 has filed application under Order 7 rule 11 at exhibit 48 in the said suit. Defendant No.1 will not press the same at this stage, and will be permitted to agitate the defences and contentions raised therein during the hearing of the suit.

3. Both the parties will maintain status quo in respect of the suit plot viz. admeasuring 800 sq.m.s. till decision of the suit.

4. The hearing of the suit is expedited, to be disposed of expeditiously and preferably till the end of September, 2019." Civil Revision Application stands disposed of in terms of Minutes of Order.
