This miscellaneous civil application seeks transfer of a matrimonial proceeding from the District Court at Pune to the Family Count at Thane.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that despite her best efortss no instructions have been forthcoming from the Applicant. It appears that in the meantimes the matrimonial proceedings namelys Marriage Petition No.143/2017s has already been disposed of by the District Court at Pune by a speaking order dated 12 July 2019. The MCA hass thuss become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
