Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

By this application preferred under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant seeks quashing of the FIR vide C.R. No. 648 of 2019, registered with the Parksite Police Station, Vikhroli, Mumbai, for the alleged offences, punishable under sections 408, 420, 465, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the parties have Talwalkar 1

amicably settled their dispute.

Since None appears for the Respondent No. 2, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5th January, 2023. Learned APP waives notice on behalf of the respondent No.1-State and seeks time to take instructions. In addition to Court notice, learned Counsel for the applicant to serve the respondent No. 2, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Learned Counsel for the applicant to supply a spare copy in the Registry within two weeks from today, so as to enable the registry to issue notice to the respondent No.2, failing which, the aforesaid application to stand dismissed, for want of prosecution, without further reference to the Court.

If the spare copy is supplied within the stipulated time, notice be made returnable on 5th January, 2023. 7.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, in the Talwalkar 2
