Counsel for the petitioner in response to the Court' s query submits that since children are now admitted to new school i.e. Oberoi International School, liberty be granted to approach the Family Court with a prayer for issuance of Parent ID from the said school.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Family Court for issuance of Parent ID. 3.

In view of the above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.

As far as the Interim Application is concerned, the orders impugned in the Interim Application need not be gone into as the BGP.
