DATE : 6th NOVEMBER, 2019 P.C.:- The Writ Petition was placed for "admission" on 5th November, 2019 i.e. yesterday. As none appeared for the petitioner, only by way of indulgence, we adjourned the matter and directed that the same be listed today. 2.

Today also none appears for petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition.

Be that as it may, by an order dated 26th June, 1/2

905.wp 6632-19.doc 2019 desire of the petitioner was recorded that the petitioner wants to press his Appeal before the Appellate Authority, the Medical Council of India. This Court therefore directed Medical Council of India to decide petitioner's Appeal expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 now makes a statement that the petitioner has withdrawn the Appeal fled before the Appellate Authority viz. the Medical Council of India.
