This application is filed for relaxation of condition of the attendance. By order dated 31.01.2017, this Court has granted prearrest bail to the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 78 of 2017. While granting pre-arrest bail, this Court has directed the applicant to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from the date of the order dated 31.01.2017, till today the applicant is giving attendance to the police station and till today, the chargesheet is not filed. 3.

Learned APP confirms that till today the Investigating Officer has not filed chargesheet.

In view of the above submissions, the condition of attendance to the police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. is hereby relaxed. The applicant to attend the concerned police station as and when called, till filing of chargesheet.
