This application is filed for relaxation of condition of the attendance. By order dated 31.01.2017, this Court has granted prearrest bail to the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 143 of 2017. While granting pre-arrest bail, this Court has directed the applicants to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that from the date of the order dated 31.01.2017, till today the applicants are giving attendance to the police station and till today, the chargesheet is not filed.

Learned APP confirms that till today the Investigating Officer has not filed chargesheet.

In view of the above submissions, the condition of attendance to the police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. is hereby relaxed. The applicants to attend the concerned police station as and when called, till filing of chargesheet.
