The learned AGP has tendered the modified order dated 22 June 2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2.

The Petitioner who was Sarpanch of Grampanchayat Parmori, Taluka - Dindori, District - Nashik has filed the present Petition against the order passed by Additional Collector, Nashik dated 11 May 2023 modified by order dated 22 June 2023. By the order impugned the learned Additional Collector rejected the Dispute Application filed by the Petitioner against the motion of no confidence passed against him. During the pendency of the present Petition, new Sarpanch has been elected. In that view of the mater, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
