Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. The petitioner is seeking parole.

The petitioner preferred an application for parole. The said application came to be rejected by order dated 13.7.2015. Remedy of appeal is provided against an order of rejection of parole. The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Home Department, however, the said appeal is pending. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of with directions

Learned A.P.P. Mr. Shitole to communicate this order to the Home Department.

As the appeal of the petitioner is pending, we are not inclined to grant parole to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, Rule is discharged.
