By order dated 23.01.2002, Rule was issued in this Petition and the interim order, granted earlier was ordered to continue. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered Resolution No.3 passed by the Executive committee of Bank Employees Union, Pune dated 28.02.2015 for withdrawal of the Petitions. Along with that Resolution, a copy of Memorandum of Understanding made on 01.03.2015 as also a copy of the communication dated 17.02.2015 addressed by the General Secretary of Bank Karmachari Sangh to Mr. Mohan Shinde, General Secretary of Bank Employees Union are enclosed. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view thereof, Mr. Rao seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Rao, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs. Rule is discharged. 5.
In view of the withdrawal of the Petition, nothing survives in Civil Application No.539 of 2015 and the same is disposed of accordingly.
