P.C.:- Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the present Petition, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Parole Leave on 13rd August, 2021 and he has returned back to the Jail Authority on 8th May, 2022. 2) That, the Petitioner was also subsequently released on furlough leave from 15th July, 2021 and he has reported back to the Jail Authority on 2nd August, 2021.

3) In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
