The petitioner has instructed his advocate that on account of he being permitted to rejoin the duties by the Subhash Nagar Education Society at its Swami Muktanand High School, Chembur, Mumbai, he does not wish to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it.

Needless to clarify that in the event any adjustment of his pay and allowances for the period during which he was not allowed to rejoin the duties from the date of his detention in custody shall be worked out in terms of the Sub-Rule 5 and 6 of Rule 33 of the MEPS Rules, 1981 and liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek relief in that behalf.
